- 1 sheet of a magazine
- 6 thin strips of cardboard
- masking tape
- scissors
- pencil
Process:
- roll up the magazine page as tight as you can and secure with masking tape
- get one strip of cardboard and wrap it around a pencil to make a swirl or twist
- repeat with the other 5 card board strips, varying the size etc
- cut each of the cardboard strips a little at the end, in a triangle sort of shape, so they get wider going up to the swirl
- place the cardboard swirls in one of the ends of the rolled up magazine, at random
- secure with a bit of masking tape to give it a nice finish
